  • Ensure you're comfortable in water sports and have a moderate fitness level.
  • Wear swimwear and avoid wearing any jewelry.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time for check-in and briefing.
  • Children under 12 years old may not be permitted to participate.
  • Participants must be able to swim.
  • All equipment, including a life jacket, will be provided.
  • Remember to bring sunscreen and water to stay hydrated.
  • Any damage to equipment or cancellation without prior notice may incur extra charges.
  • We’ll pick you up for free from your hotel or the cruise terminal in Dubai. (optional)
  • We also offer pickup from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel for guests who’ve just arrived in the city. (optional)
  • Advance Booking: Book at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund.
  • No-show Policy: No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride.
