  • Age Requirement: Minimum age is 12 years (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).
  • Swimming Skills: Basic swimming skills are recommended but not mandatory.
  • Health & Safety: Not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with back problems, or serious medical conditions.
  • What to Bring: Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
  • Check-in Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride.
  • Weather Conditions: Tours are subject to weather conditions; in case of cancellations, rescheduling or refunds will be offered.
  • Additional Services: Hotel transfers and GoPro footage are available at an extra cost.
  • We’ll pick you up for free from your hotel or the cruise terminal in Dubai. (optional)
  • We also offer pickup from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel for guests who’ve just arrived in the city. (optional)
  • Reservation Required: Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.
  • Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
  • Late Arrivals: Guests arriving late may have their ride shortened or rescheduled, subject to availability.
  • Weather Cancellations: If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be given for no-shows.
